Application: An online nomination and application system applies. All applicants must first be nominated by Charité. Application documents may be uploaded once this step has been completed. The following documents are required:

• Online application form
• Cover letter (motivation, connection to the country)
• CV
• Transcript of records with your average grades (available through HIS)
• Proof of portuguese proficiency (not older than 6 months - minimum B2, preferably C1)
   
• Review: A recommendation from a person who can attest to your technical capabilities. This can be for example your lecturer, attending physician, certified doctor (for example from private practice), tutors or your dissertation supervisor. Please ask him or her to fill out the recommendation online via the link. 

1 June (for dates between February and June of the following year) or 1 November (for dates between September to December of the following year).
